The Supplier Development Engineer drives performance improvements across the supplier base by enhancing quality, delivery, and manufacturing efficiency. This includes leading improvement initiatives, monitoring KPIs, and supporting suppliers in process optimization and production readiness.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or supplier quality. Proficiency in root cause tools (8D, FMEA) and a willingness to travel frequently to supplier sites are required.
