The Quality Manager will lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards. They are responsible for managing the quality team, resolving customer quality issues, and overseeing internal and external audits.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with 8 years of experience, or 10+ years of relevant manufacturing and quality experience. Strong knowledge of automotive core quality tools and experience leading quality teams are required.

Toledo Tool & Die is adding a Quality Manager to our team to support our continued growth.
This is a full-time position based in Toledo, Ohio. We offer competitive wages, growth opportunities, and a clean, safe work environment.
The targeted salary range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus of up to 5% of base salary, based on performance.
Monday through Friday. Schedule may vary depending on plant operational needs, so flexibility is required. This may include long days, occasional evenings and weekends. This position may also require travel to meetings, conferences, workshops, or other facilities.
