The Sourcing Specialist will lead end-to-end RFQ/RFI/RFP processes and manage supplier relationships to drive performance improvements. They will also partner with engineering and program management teams to optimize total cost of ownership and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications. Experience in the semiconductor industry and strong analytical skills are essential for this role.
