Requires 8+ years of construction quality experience with at least 3 years managing field teams of 30 or more. Must possess OSHA 30 and NFPA 70E certifications with strong knowledge of electrical construction systems.

Position Overview
The QA/QC Site Manager is the senior site-level quality leader responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and quality control operations across the project. This role ensures inspection activities, documentation, testing, issue resolution, and turnover requirements are completed in accordance with project specifications, applicable codes, contractual requirements, and owner expectations.
Operating in fast-paced environments such as data centers, manufacturing facilities, and other mission-critical infrastructure, this position serves as the primary quality representative between field teams, project leadership, contractors, commissioning teams, and the owner.
