The Lead Engineer is responsible for system-level verification of automotive mechatronic products and ECUs, including building test benches and HIL setups. They will lead test planning, execution, and cross-departmental problem resolution to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering field with 3-5 years of experience in automotive electronic system testing. Proficiency in V-model development, Vector tools, and automotive communication protocols is required.

二、主要职责
• 参与系统需求、接口控制文件、系统架构和验证计划评审，将客户/OEM需求转化为可测量、可判定的系统测试需求和验收准则。
• 负责系统测试策略、测试计划、测试规格、测试场景、测试用例、测试报告及系统需求—测试双向追溯矩阵的编制与维护。
• 开展 ECU/执行器在台架、HIL、样车或等效环境下的功能、性能、接口、诊断、网络管理、功耗、响应时间、噪声/振动相关系统验证。
• 验证电机/执行器控制系统的工作模式、状态机、位置/速度/电流控制、限位/堵转、过温/过流保护、失效降级和安全状态。
• 使用 CANoe/CANalyzer、CANape、示波器、电源、电子负载、温箱、数据采集设备等开展信号测量、时序分析、波形判定和问题复现。
• 设计并执行 CAN/CAN FD、LIN、UDS 等通信和诊断测试，包括报文时序、信号编码、网络丢帧/延迟、DTC设置/清除、刷写及异常恢复。
• 规划并执行故障注入及鲁棒性测试，覆盖传感器断路/短路、执行器卡滞、供电波动、通信中断、低电压/过压、温度边界及重启恢复。
• 根据项目需要参与环境与可靠性验证，如温度循环、湿热、振动前后功能保持、耐久/寿命、EMC 相关预验证及整车工况测试。
• 依据 ISO 26262 参与安全机制、故障反应时间、安全状态、诊断覆盖及独立性证据的验证；支持 ASPICE 评估、客户审核和质量门禁。
• 牵头系统缺陷分级、根因分析和跨部门闭环，协同系统、软件、硬件、机械、标定、质量及客户团队完成问题验证和变更回归。
三、任职资格
• 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、自动化、电子、电气、机电一体化、计算机或相关专业；具备 3–5 年汽车电子系统测试/验证经验。
• 熟悉汽车电子系统工程和 V 模型开发流程，能够理解系统需求、接口、状态机、控制逻辑及系统级验收标准。
• 熟悉 Vector CANoe/CANalyzer/CAPL 或同类工具，能够独立完成 DBC 配置、总线监控、报文回放、自动化测试及结果分析。
• 具备 HIL/台架/整车测试经验，能使用示波器、万用表、电源、电子负载、信号发生器、温箱或数据采集设备。
• 理解 CAN/CAN FD、LIN、UDS/ISO 14229、诊断 DTC、Bootloader、网络管理和基本的车载以太网/SOME-IP概念。
• 熟悉系统测试中的边界、异常、故障注入、鲁棒性、性能、耐久和回归方法；能用 Python/CAPL 开发或维护自动化测试脚本。
• 了解 ISO 26262、ASPICE、ISO 16750、EMC/环境可靠性测试等汽车标准和项目实践；有客户/OEM项目或量产交付经验者优先。
• 具备较强的现场问题处理、数据分析、项目推动和英文沟通能力；能适应台架、实验室和必要的整车道路测试安排。
