The Lead Electronics Engineer will provide technical leadership to the hardware electronics team, driving the development and delivery of integrated solutions for new consumer appliances. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline and possess at least 8 years of experience in electronics development. The Lead Electronics Engineer will be a senior technical leader within the NPD Hardware Electronics team, responsible for shaping and delivering robust electronics solutions for new and pioneering consumer appliance products within Dyson’s New Category portfolio. The role combines deep electronics expertise with strong technical leadership, cross-functional influence, and delivery accountability.
This role will be based in Shenzhen, China.
This role requires a highly capable and influential engineering leader who can provide technical direction, make sound engineering judgements, and guide teams through complex product development challenges. You will lead Electronics Engineers across development programmes, set clear technical expectations, support critical decision-making, and coach graduates and new team members to build capability within the team.
