Requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in complex equipment sales. Candidates must possess strong negotiation skills, a valid driving license, and fluency in English.

· Identify new business opportunities within existing and new customers, focusing on total solution selling.
· Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers at customer organizations.
· Manage sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and meet/exceed assigned sales targets.
· Collaborate closely with service, engineering, and application teams to deliver integrated solutions.
· Promote aftermarket services such as maintenance contracts, parts, and system optimization.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to refine sales strategies.
· Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract management.
· Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
· Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field desirable.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development or High value, complex sales equipment, ideally in mechanical or electrical industries.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Highly self motivated, strategic, and results driven.
· Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Malaysia.
· Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
