The People Partner manages HR functions for a group of over 600 employees, focusing on employee relations, investigations, and strategic workforce planning. They act as a change agent and strategic partner to leadership, delivering actionable insights and managing the annual performance cycle.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of HR experience as a Generalist or Business Partner. SHRM-CP or PHR certifications are preferred along with strong skills in coaching and employment law.

Success in this environment depends on operating effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑demand setting, anticipating organizational needs, adapting quickly to shifting priorities, and delivering clear, concise executive briefings that translate complex workforce issues into actionable insights.
