The Associate Relations Manager will act as the primary point of contact for labor relations, managing collective bargaining agreements and resolving workplace concerns. They will also provide coaching to leadership and ensure organizational initiatives comply with legal regulations and company principles.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in labor relations and human resources, with specific expertise in negotiating collective bargaining agreements. A bachelor's degree is required, along with a strong understanding of Mexican Federal Labor Law and the ability to work on-site in Nuevo León.
La persona que ocupe la posición de Associate Relations Manager será el punto de contacto clave para la atención de inquietudes y la gestión de relaciones laborales dentro de un grupo interfuncional y de diversos segmentos de Mars. Su propósito principal es construir relaciones de confianza y colaboración con los liderazgos de equipo y las personas asociadas, fortaleciendo sus capacidades mediante asesoría y programas de formación. Asimismo, se encargará de mitigar riesgos para la organización mediante la aplicación justa de políticas, prácticas y regulaciones legales, asegurando que cada situación se resuelva con objetividad y de manera alineada con nuestros Cinco Principios y el Concepto de Asociado/a.
