The Site Leader is accountable for the full performance of the warehouse, overseeing sort and driver launch operations end-to-end. They lead a team of temporary associates while driving improvements in safety, quality, and cost metrics.
Requires 4 years of experience in last-mile delivery or 3PL warehousing and 3 years of experience managing teams. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, comfort with data, and the ability to work flexible hours in a 24/7 operation.
About the role: As the site leader, the Operations Manager is accountable for the full performance of the warehouse facility. You will own sort and driver launch operations end-to-end, lead a team of rotating temporary hourly associates depending on volume, and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, and cost. You will also contribute to P&L oversight for your market and partner closely with the your direct Manager to shape operational strategy as Jitsu scales.
Hours: This position requires weekend, night, and holiday hours according to the needs of the company. There is not a set shift as this is a 24/7 operation, with the Daily Sort taking place overnight. As part of the site leadership team, this role requires on-call availability and flexibility to provide on-site coverage across shifts often.

-Move or lift up to 60 pounds at times.
Travel: This position can require up to 25% travel both local and nationally as coverage support for other sites.
Compensation: The targeted base salary range for this role is listed in the compensation section below. Actual salary may be above or below this range based on location, skills, and relevant experience. In addition, this position may include additional compensation in the form of bonuses, equity, or commissions.
