The Mechanical Design Engineer will drive DFMA principles across the full lifecycle of robot platforms, from concept development through low-volume production. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize assembly sequences, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the manufacturability of complex electromechanical systems.
Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in mechanical design with a focus on DFMA and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Proficiency in CAD tools, deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, and experience with tolerance analysis and FEA are required.
