The Maintenance Manager directs all maintenance efforts to ensure plant quality, efficiency, safety, and financial goals are met. This includes managing preventative maintenance programs, overseeing spare parts inventory, and leading the maintenance team.
A bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of experience as a maintenance leader are preferred. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, CMMS, and technical skills related to industrial equipment.

Financial, and regulatory goals are met or exceeded as directed by the Plant Manager. The Maintenance
Manager must have effective administration skills as well as organizational capabilities. The Maintenance
Manager will lead, coach, and develop the team to ensure an effective and positive culture.
The responsibilities listed below define the primary duties of the position. As business demands may evolve,
additional duties may be assigned to this role by your immediate supervisor.
This job operates in both a production plant and office environment. The employee is occasionally
exposed to facility elements such as noise, dust, fumes, and odors. This role routinely uses standard
office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
