The expert will diagnose and optimize additive manufacturing equipment and production processes to improve quality, productivity, and industrial capacity. They will act as a technical reference for production and quality teams while formulating improvement plans and monitoring performance indicators.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree or Engineering degree and possess at least 10 years of experience in metallic additive manufacturing or complex process industrialization. Strong expertise in Laser Powder Bed Fusion and experience in regulated industries such as aerospace, defense, or medical devices are required.

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités dans le secteur des technologies de pointe, nous recherchons un(e) Expert Senior Industrialisation Fabrication Additive Métallique (H/F).
Vous accompagnerez un acteur industriel innovant dans l'optimisation de ses procédés de fabrication additive et de ses performances industrielles.
Localisation : Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes

Mission : Présence sur site
Au sein d'un environnement industriel exigeant, vous serez chargé(e) de :
Réaliser un diagnostic des équipements et des procédés de fabrication additive.
Identifier les leviers d'amélioration en matière de performance, de qualité et de productivité.
Analyser les flux de production afin d'optimiser les délais et la capacité industrielle.
Accompagner les équipes dans l'amélioration des pratiques de fabrication et de maintenance.
Évaluer la robustesse du procédé ainsi que la maîtrise des paramètres critiques.
Formuler des recommandations techniques et construire un plan d'amélioration priorisé.
Définir des indicateurs de suivi permettant de mesurer les gains réalisés.
Vous interviendrez en véritable référent technique auprès des équipes de production, qualité et industrialisation.
Issu(e) d'une formation Bac+5 ou Ingénieur, vous justifiez d'au moins 10 ans d'expérience en fabrication additive métallique ou en industrialisation de procédés complexes.
Vous disposez d'une solide expertise sur les procédés Laser Powder Bed Fusion (PBF-LB / SLM / DMLS) et avez déjà participé à des projets d'industrialisation ou d'amélioration de performance.
Vous possédez idéalement des connaissances en :
fabrication additive sur alliages métalliques, notamment le titane ;
qualification et optimisation des procédés industriels ;
qualité et exigences normatives des environnements réglementés ;
amélioration continue, analyse de performance et résolution de problématiques industrielles.
Une expérience dans les secteurs des dispositifs médicaux, de l'aéronautique, du spatial, de la défense ou de l'industrie de haute technologie constituera un véritable atout.
