Responsible for managing the cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs within the E-2D Production IPT. This includes leading cross-functional teams, managing supplier relationships, and coordinating with customers to meet program objectives.
Requires a Bachelor's degree with 9-10 years of experience (or a Master's with 7-8 years) in project/program management or engineering. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Security Clearance.
This position will be responsible for the cost, schedule, and performance of programs within the E-2D Production IPT, leading cross-functional teams of highly qualified personnel to manage contract cost, schedule, and technical performance while shaping program requirements for follow-on efforts.
This leadership role is located onsite in Melbourne, FL.
This position establishes and manages milestones, monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program risks and opportunities, and obtains solutions, such as allocating resources or changing contractual specifications. This position directs and manages the work of employees assigned to the program, from technical to operations and administrative.
The successful candidate must have a record of achieving success in leading diverse technical teams, navigating internal processes, communicating with customers, creating a work environment that engages our employees, managing suppliers, bringing clarity and clear direction to ambiguous situations, excelling in the fundamentals of program management, and discerning use of predictive metrics.

Primary Level Salary Range: $139,100.00 - $208,700.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
