Direct and participate in the preparation, mixing, and cooking of ingredients using industrial blending equipment according to specific recipes. Ensure product quality and traceability by collaborating with QA personnel and maintaining accurate production documentation.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and preferably two years of experience in food manufacturing. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and obtain OSHA forklift certification.

Works directly with QA and Scale Up personnel to ensure that products are properly prepared and ingredient usages can be traced by quantity and lot.
