Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
Experience in commodity management or sourcing with data center rack power conversion or power back-up solutions, including agreement negotiations, pricing negotiations, assurance of supply, capacity planning and supplier development.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in a technical or engineering field or MBA.
Experience with rack power conversion or power back-up manufacturing processes.
Experience with new and evolving power technologies in the data center space.
Experience with data center and rack power conversion commodities: Power Distribution Units (PDUs), Rectifiers/Power Supply Units (PSUs), and power shelves.

Guide cross-functional teams through supplier selection for new platforms, balancing innovation, time-to-market, cost, quality, and delivery.
Oversee operational execution including schedules, capacity planning, and supply flexibility while communicating performance metrics and risks to leadership.
Mitigate supply chain vulnerabilities and drive continuous improvement via regular business reviews, applying deep market and industry intelligence to sourcing decisions.
