Responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, disassembly, and service of aircraft engines and components. Ensures all maintenance is performed in compliance with technical specifications and FAA regulations with a focus on safety.
Requires a current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license and at least 5 years of hands-on experience. A high school diploma and familiarity with core platforms like PW4000 or CFM56 are preferred.

Summary:
Reporting directly to the Powerplant Manager, the Powerplant Mechanic is directly responsible for troubleshooting, repair, disassembly, and service of aircraft, components, and engine systems. This position will perform maintenance, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, re-assembly, and adjustments of various aircraft systems in compliance with technical specifications, engineering instructions and FAA regulations with a focus on safety and quality.
