Requires 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in manufacturing, and fluency in both Spanish and English. Prior leadership experience and knowledge of safety systems like OSHA or Lean principles are preferred.
The Bilingual Evening Production Assistant Supervisor supports the Supervisor in managing daily operations and leading the department to achieve production, quality, and safety goals. This role ensures continuity of leadership during the Supervisor’s absence and contributes to team development, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monday - Thursday *OT on Fridays as needed
