Job Description
Industrial Digitalization:
Manage industrial-related data inclusive process data & product data, etc.
Track & analyze relevant data to provide opportunities for improvement
Develop crush and refinery full cost model together with functional team (commercial, finance)
Provide guidance and coaching to industrial team on data statistic methodology to make sure the reports from plants are in line with LDC Standards
Drive industrial digitalization initiatives by supporting production data visualization through Power BI and other digital tools, while coordinating implementation between plants, IT and functional teams,finally, build up NA industry data lake which can connect with AI tool.
Industrial Improvement:
Facilitate region CI manager to implement six sigma training with industrial field
Carry six sigma projects to support plant KPI improvement
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Management Systems, or other related disciplines is preferred.
Experience
Approximately 3 years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or smart manufacturing within large-scale manufacturing enterprises.
Experience in digital architecture design and data platform implementation projects is preferred.
Competency
• Familiar with the architecture, integration principles, and implementation methodologies of ERP, MES, WMS, TMS, QMS, PLM, and other core enterprise and manufacturing systems.
• Familiar with industrial automation principles and field-level technologies, including PLCs, industrial communication protocols, and sensors.
• Proficient in industrial data analysis capability, with strong knowledge of SQL and commonly used data analysis tools.Proficient in Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Able to lead data-related improvement
• Be able to work under pressure, have good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good presentation and moderation skills;
