The Production Manager is responsible for implementing policies and strategies to achieve short-term production goals while managing experienced professionals. They oversee manufacturing operations, including equipment setup, processing, and assembly, to ensure volume, cost, and quality targets are met.
The role requires experience in managing professional teams and the ability to handle complex operational problems. Candidates must be capable of influencing stakeholders outside their immediate area regarding policies and procedures.
