The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for reviewing vaccine batch records and managing the release documentation for biological products. They will also handle sample management, internal and external communication, and the submission of regulatory requests to authorities.
Candidates must hold a minimum of a two-year scientific or quality-focused degree and possess experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in office software, ERP, and LIMS is required, along with strong organizational skills and English language proficiency.

La direction AQ Bio, recherche pour son département Pôle libération Biologie, un(e) Technicien(ne) AQ Documentaire (H/F) en CDI basé à Carros (06).
Rattaché(e) au Responsable libération Biologie, vous aurez pour missions la revue qualité des dossiers de lot de vaccin et édition de la documentation de libération
Les missions détaillées :
Revue qualité dossiers de lot principes actif biologique, semi fini vaccin, produits finis vaccins,
Suivi des indicateurs performance de l’équipe,
Commandes diverses (émission/réception, facturation, contrôle échantillons par les autorités, lyreco, autres…),
Gestion échantillons,
Communication interne transverse (AQ, CQ, supply, achat…) dans Virbac et externe avec les filiales et les autorités,
Préparation et édition de la documentation réglementaire pour les demandes d’accord des semi fini vaccins,
Soumission des demandes d’accord (Certificat de libération d’un lot de médicaments vétérinaires immunologiques) aux autorités compétentes via les plateformes associées,
Préparation et édition de la documentation Produit Finis vaccins
Gestion documentaire (ennov,…).
Formation de niveau bac+2, scientifique et/ou qualité
Outils informatiques: Suite google, outils microsoft office, ERP, GED, LIMS
Expérience souhaitée en industrie pharmaceutique, en qualité, contrôle ou production
Expérience en biologie et en stérile/asepsie serait un plus
Langues: Anglais
Faire preuve de rigueur, organisation, gestion des priorités, bon relationnel, et adaptabilité
