Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

What a typical day looks like:

• Oversee the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods. 
• Ensure orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled. 
• Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouses to ensure maximum profitability. 
• Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse 
• Accountable for ordering necessary equipment. 
• Ensure sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
• Ensure warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
• Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Basic English
• Excel and data analysis skills
• Manufacture experience
• Management of internal and external fleet vehicles
• Personnel Administration and inventory control
• Proactive mindset and strong leadership skills
• Availability to work flexible hours
• Able to adapt to changing environments
• Executes and may provide input to functional processes or technologies. Assists in achieving section/sub-function objectives for a functional area.
