Au sein de l’équipe des Composants et Trains de Roulement, vous aurez la responsabilité de la conduite d’une ligne de production automatisée pour l’assemblage des chaînes d'engins de TP.
Les principales missions seront les suivantes :
Piloter une enceinte entièrement automatisée. Anticiper le chargement des composants pour optimiser le fonctionnement en continue.
Réaliser les changements de série, ajuster, positionner, contrôler et adapter ses équipements d’assemblage. Déterminer le changement de paramètre et de réglage de la cellule automatique en cas d’aléas de production (robot, automate, convoyeur, composants, …)
Effectuer les contrôles qualité. Enregistrer la production dans les systèmes pour consommer les composants. Enregistrer informatiquement les aléas de production pour l’amélioration continue de l’installation.
Assembler les composants à l’aide du standard de travail en respectant la fiche technique et le plan de contrôle de plusieurs postes de la ligne.
Techniques :
Formation de conduite de ligne de type CIMA sera un plus
