Lead packaging operators on the 3rd shift to ensure production targets, safety, and quality standards are met. Responsible for equipment troubleshooting, tracking downtime for OEE, and ensuring GMP-compliant documentation.
Requires 3+ years of experience in a packaging department with machine expertise and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Candidates must be fluent in English and demonstrate strong leadership and teamwork abilities.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $45,750 to $58,240 per year. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location, in accordance with New Jersey Pay Transparency requirements. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability, paid time off, paid holidays, and participation in retirement and incentive programs, subject to plan eligibility and terms.
