Service Project Coordinator - (Dordrecht)
Xylem is marktleider op het gebied van watertransport- en waterbehandelingsoplossingen. Onze installaties zorgen dagelijks voor een betrouwbare verwerking en verplaatsing van water in Nederland. Om onze klanten optimaal te ondersteunen, voeren wij uiteenlopende serviceprojecten en onderhoudscontracten uit. Als Service Project Coordinator speel jij hierin een centrale en verbindende rol.
In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden en coördineren van serviceprojecten en speciale servicecontracten. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten tijdens de uitvoering van projecten en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen – van servicemonteurs en projectleiders tot leveranciers en klanten – optimaal samenwerken.
Je start de dag bijvoorbeeld met een voortgangsoverleg over een lopend project. Vervolgens stem je af met een klant over de planning, beoordeel je technische vraagstukken vanuit de serviceorganisatie en bewaak je de voortgang, kwaliteit en financiële resultaten van jouw projecten. Wanneer zich knelpunten voordoen, pak jij deze proactief op en zorg je voor passende oplossingen.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen, budgetten en contractafspraken. Daarbij houd je grip op de voortgang, stuur je waar nodig bij en zorg je dat alle afspraken worden nagekomen. Ook signaleer je kansen voor meerwerk en verzorg je de commerciële afhandeling hiervan.
Naast projectcoördinatie vervul je een belangrijke technische adviesrol. Je ondersteunt collega's bij technische vraagstukken, analyseert klantvragen en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste expertise en middelen worden ingezet om tot een succesvolle oplossing te komen.
Verder onderhoud je intensief contact met klanten, aannemers, leveranciers en interne stakeholders. Je legt projectinformatie zorgvuldig vast, stelt voortgangsrapportages op en analyseert na afloop de resultaten op onder andere marge, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid.
Kortom: jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen techniek, projectmanagement en klantrelaties en zorgt ervoor dat onze serviceprojecten succesvol worden uitgevoerd.

Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in een technische richting, bij voorkeur elektrotechniek;
Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen een technische werkomgeving;
Ervaring met projectmanagement en het coördineren van multidisciplinaire projecten;
Affiniteit met service- en onderhoudsprocessen;
Goede kennis van technische installaties en de vaardigheid om technische vraagstukken te analyseren;
Ervaring met het lezen van elektrotechnische en mechanische tekeningen;
Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een proactieve werkhouding;
Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en weet verschillende belangen met elkaar te verbinden;
Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift; kennis van de Duitse taal is een pré;
VCA-VOL en NEN3140 certificering zijn een pré.
