Als Senior Maintenance Engineer in ons Fulfilment Center in Dordrecht/Ridderkerk ben jij de spil van het onderhoudsteam. Je lost complexe storingen zelfstandig op, coacht en ondersteunt collega-monteurs tijdens hun dienst, en neemt de leiding bij het verbeteren en optimaliseren van onze systemen.
Je hebt volledige ownership over de uptime van onze geautomatiseerde processen, voert structurele verbeteringen door en zorgt dat alles soepel blijft draaien. Jouw ervaring, kennis en initiatief maken het verschil voor het team en voor tienduizenden bestellingen die dagelijks op tijd bij klanten moeten zijn.
Leidinggeven en coachen: je ondersteunt, begeleidt en coacht je ploeg tijdens de shift en zorgt voor een veilige, gestructureerde werkomgeving.
Storingen analyseren en oplossen: je spoort complexe elektrische en mechanische storingen op en lost deze efficiënt op in samenwerking met collega’s en leveranciers.
Relatiebeheer: je werkt samen met de servicedesk van machineleveranciers bij technische vraagstukken van hoge complexiteit.
Preventief onderhoud: je plant en voert preventief onderhoud uit om de beschikbaarheid van het systeem te maximaliseren.
Continu verbeteren: initieert verbeteringsprojecten en implementeert technische optimalisaties voor onze geautomatiseerde systemen.
Je hebt een technisch diploma op MBO-niveau 3 of hoger;
Je beschikt over 5+ jaar ervaring in onderhoud of technische dienstverlening;
Je hebt praktische kennis van elektrische en mechanische systemen, inclusief meetsystemen, camerasystemen en besturingstechniek;
Je hebt leiderschap ambities en bent bereid je coachingsvaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen, waarbij je het beste uit je team haalt en kennisdeling stimuleert.
Je hebt ervaring met CMMS- of EAM-systemen en kennis van ICS/SCADA-tools is een pluspunt;
VCA-training en NEN 31/40-certificering zijn een pré.
Je bent verbeteringsgericht, analytisch sterk en denkt proactief mee over procesoptimalisatie;
Je onderhoudt goede communicatie met de operatie, geeft leiding aan een ploeg en zorgt voor een soepele samenwerking.
Je werkt graag samen, maar je kunt ook zelfstandig besluiten nemen en richting geven.
