Voor jou als Service Engineer zijn service en onderhoud aan installaties de uitdaging om deze op een juiste manier op te lossen. Hierbij heb je zowel elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige kennis nodig.
Je werkt zelfstandig vanuit huis doet preventief onderhoud en een incidenteel een gedeelte storingen en reparaties aan waterinstallaties zoals gebouw gebonden installaties en (riool)gemalen. Klanten zijn de overheid, waterschappen, industrie en de utiliteit.
Je krijgt de vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid om te zorgen voor een optimale klanttevredenheid. Dit doe je door enerzijds de kwaliteit van je werk, als het onderhouden van contact met de klant over jouw voortgang van het werk, vervolg acties en adviezen. Je bent tevens verantwoordelijk voor de werkzaamheden die door derden, in opdracht van Xylem, op locatie worden uitgevoerd en je geeft training on the job aan derden. Groei jij door naar de functie Allround Service Engineer? Dan los jij tevens alle complexe voorkomende storingen en reparaties op en wordt je ongeveer 1 keer in de tien weken ingepland voor een storingsdienst. Uiteraard krijg je een passende vergoeding voor het draaien van deze storingsdiensten.

Afgeronde MBO opleiding richting elektrotechniek of werktuigbouwkunde;
Kennis van besturingstechniek en schakelschema’s;
