The role provides comprehensive support in customer service, including order processing, invoicing, and logistics coordination. Additionally, it handles office administrative tasks such as vendor management, facility coordination, and marketing support for rebranding initiatives.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Serve as the primary backup to the Customer Service Manager, assisting with day-to-day tasks and covering responsibilities during absences or peak periods.
• Support order entry and processing in the ERP system, ensuring timely shipment and accurate documentation.
• Assist with invoicing, including submission to customers via email, mail, or customer systems, and process credit/debit memos as required.
• Respond to customer inquiries, documentation requests, and order updates; communicate needs, issues, or concerns to the sales team and management to ensure prompt resolution and satisfaction.
• Assist in coordinating customer freight deliveries and logistics within the company’s freight management system.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve order delays, production issues, or shipment concerns, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Assist in social media management, public relations outreach support and general marketing support.
