To be successful in this role you will need to:
Essential – to have a time-served apprenticeship and ideally with appropriate aero-engine fitting skills.
Possess a working knowledge of aerospace strip and build procedures.
Hold a minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2, or equivalent.
Be able to use aerospace fitting tools and techniques effectively.
Demonstrate a proactive approach with a strong focus on quality and delivery.
