The Security Manager is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive security program across all Michigan facilities to protect people, property, and operations. This includes managing security infrastructure, developing policies, and leading incident prevention and investigation efforts.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field with over 5 years of experience managing physical security in multi-site or manufacturing environments. Preferred qualifications include security certifications such as CPP or PSP and experience with unionized facilities.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Security Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving a comprehensive security program across all Michigan facilities. This role leads the assessment of current security practices, identifies risks and gaps, and develops prioritized, cost-effective solutions to protect people, property, and operations. The Security Manager serves as the subject matter expert for physical security, policies, training, and incident prevention, while partnering with plant leadership, HR, EHS, IT, and Operations to ensure consistent and effective security standards.
