As a Sales Excellence & Operations Alliances – AI Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic sales and marketing initiatives within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will focus on enhancing brand visibility, promoting the firm's services, and capturing new business opportunities through market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns. As a Manager, you will lead teams, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on expectations.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will establish partnerships with companies to better serve our clients' needs. You will build relationships to complement PwC’s strategy through execution capabilities that allow PwC to deliver multi-competency programs and solve clients' most critical business issues. You will develop and execute the strategy and business plan, focus on market penetration and revenue growth, and identify opportunities for solution development and industry alignment. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify synergies between technology and the firm, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

- Building and maintaining relationships with key Alliance executives to identify synergies and opportunities for solution development
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve organizational targets
- Utilizing market research and digital marketing techniques to engage clients and promote the firm's services
- Leading the development of strategic alliances to complement PwC’s strategy and execution capabilities
- Identifying opportunities for market penetration and revenue growth through innovative sales strategies
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their unique strengths and manage performance effectively
- Analyzing and identifying interactions within complex systems to improve business processes and outcomes
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet stakeholder expectations
- Encouraging the use of technology and innovation to enhance delivery and support team development

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing or related PwC experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
