We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Commercialization Manager, Digital Currencies.

Principal responsibilities 

• Responsible for the digital currencies commercialization, cross-selling and business growth strategies 
• Create, own and execute a comprehensive digital currencies commercialization strategy and identify as well as capitalize on market opportunities to drive actionable cross-selling initiatives and revenue growth 
• Implement effective commercialization and marketing initiatives in partnership with Marketing, Distributions and relevant teams, including go-to-market planning, client proposition messaging, channel readiness and performance tracking
• Drive cross-team collaborations and strategic alignment with Products, Distribution, Marketing, Propositions and Data Analytics to grow customer adoption base and drive product cross-selling effectively.  
• Liaise with key stakeholders to facilitate development and implementation of initiatives and projects 
• Support ongoing governance and control activities for internal assurance, external audit and regulatory reviewed related to the stablecoin wealth product scope
• Drive the data & analytics portfolio including business dashboards, product financials, and deep dive studies 

Requirements 

• University degree holder, preferably majoring in Business Administration or a related discipline
• Possess understanding of overall banking products. Experience in payments and transactional banking, digital projects would be a plus
• Industry experience in Hong Kong in a digital asset is a strong advantage
• Strong financial acumen and project management skills
• Able to work independently and proactively
• Strategic thinker with strong customer centric, analytical and innovation mind set
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with critical thinking
• Able to work with stakeholders from various functions and disciplines to drive business outcomes 
• Fluent in Cantonese and English with good presentation skills
