As a CDM Specialist, you will provide expert guidance on CDM compliance and promote safety culture across projects. You will also conduct audits and engage stakeholders to improve risk management and operational outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of CDM regulations and recognized safety qualifications, such as NEBOSH. Experience in programme or contract management environments is desirable, along with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive CDM Specialist to join our team, supporting construction and project activities across the East Midlands network.
This is a permanent, full time role 37 hours, Monday to Friday with a hybrid working pattern. The role includes travel across the network and a standby requirement to support operational needs.
As a CDM Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with CDM regulations while promoting a strong safety culture across projects and operations. You’ll work closely with internal teams and contractors, influencing standards and driving continuous improvement.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape safe delivery and provide expert guidance across a complex operational environment.
