Lead small teams in concessions outlets to provide excellent customer service and efficient food and drink service during peak periods. Manage stock levels, handle cash, and ensure the cleanliness and operational readiness of the kiosk.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable people to join our Concessions Team on a casual basis. You’ll play a key role in delivering fantastic customer experiences by serving food and drinks in our in-house concessions outlets.
This is a casual worker role, meaning you choose when you work – perfect for fitting around studies, other jobs, or personal commitments.
Shifts may include early starts, late finishes, and weekends
No guaranteed hours – work when it suits you
Rates start at £13.47 per hour (including holiday pay)
Providing all customers at the CBS Arena with excellent customer service
Ability to manage small teams of staff within one area to serve customers efficiently throughout peak trading periods mitigating any issues smoothly
Resolving any customer complaints that may arise
To be responsible in stock management processes ensuring that the correct amount of stock is accessible, counted and recorded at all times throughout service.
To ensure a smooth communication with all staff members throughout the shift and motivating staff to hit sales goals.
Ensuring the concessions unit is clean and ready for service throughout the day
To be able to use the till system competently to pull end of shift reports and refund customers if needed
To be responsible for cash handling and profit control measures within the concessions unit
