Coordinate the daily scheduling and dispatch of concrete deliveries to optimize the use of mixers, pumps, and drivers. Act as the primary communication link between production plants, drivers, and clients to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency.
Requires a degree or advanced studies in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration with at least 3 years of experience in transport scheduling or supply chain. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to make decisions under pressure and have experience with logistics management systems.
⚡ Los Desafíos de la Posición (Lo que harás en el día a día):
Planificación Inteligente: Diseñarás junto a producción la entrega diaria de cada sucursal/planta optimizando la flota de mixers y la disponibilidad de choferes según la demanda comercial.
Gestión en Tiempo Real: Registrarás las necesidades del cliente en el sistema y, ante los imprevistos típicos del rubro (clima, tráfico, demoras en obra), liderarás la reprogramación ágil con los plantistas y clientes.
Comunicación de Alto Impacto: Serás el nexo profesional, claro y firme entre choferes, plantistas, jefes de bombas y clientes para que toda la cadena funcione con sintonía fina.
Control y Gestión del Riesgo: Asegurarás con antelación que las entregas cuenten con los permisos municipales de estacionamiento en vía pública y la documentación de ingreso a plantas/obras especiales para evitar camiones parados.
Logística Basada en Datos: Monitorearás y gestionarás el área a través de KPIs de desempeño (tiempos de ciclo, utilización de flota, eficiencia de transporte) para proponer permanentemente mejoras metodológicas a la gerencia.
Atención y Fidelización: Gestionarás reclamos con empatía y medirás la satisfacción de los clientes para asegurar que sigan eligiendo nuestra marca.
Coordinar junto al área de Producción la programación diaria de entregas y despacho de cada planta/sucursal.
Optimizar la utilización de mixers, bombas, choferes y recursos operativos según la demanda.
Registrar y gestionar pedidos en sistema, realizando reprogramaciones ante imprevistos operativos.
Coordinar la comunicación entre choferes, plantistas, jefes de bombas y clientes para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de la operación.
Verificar la documentación y permisos necesarios para ingresos a obras y estacionamiento en vía pública.
Monitorear indicadores de gestión logística y proponer mejoras operativas.
Gestionar reclamos y consultas de clientes, asegurando una atención eficiente y orientada al servicio.
Estudiantes avanzados o graduados de carreras como Logística, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o afines.
Nivel mínimo de educación: Tecnicatura/Técnico.
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones vinculadas a programación de transporte, despacho, coordinación logística o supply chain.
Se valorará especialmente experiencia en empresas de construcción, hormigoneras, canteras o consumo masivo con operaciones de distribución complejas.
Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas.
Templanza y toma de decisiones bajo presión.
Comunicación asertiva y habilidades de coordinación.
Orientación a indicadores de gestión y mejora continua.
Manejo de herramientas y sistemas de gestión logística.
Incorporación directa y estabilidad laboral.

Jornada laboral:
Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 18:00 hs.
