About role

• Strong knowledge of SAP systems
  

• Several years of managerial experience, ability to oversee several details of a project simultaneously
  

• The successful applicant will be a Project Manager with a strong vertical in managing SAP projects.
  

• Must have extensive experience working for large IT services/IT outsourcing companies, with strong client-facing experience;
  The role will be focused on customer-supplier relationships and overseeing system changes. Project managing the agreed integration and legacy system change criteria and requirements based on the systems identified and timelines. Working with Functional teams, legacy/existing system owners, and their technical architects to ensure timelines for delivery of solutions are understood, and any issues /risks are documented and actioned/escalated.

• Project managing and supporting the existing business systems owners in liaising with third-party Vendors. Ensure approval gateways are defined and met in the delivery plan for any change. Act as liaison between the test team and existing business system owners to ensure that the test team has sufficient detail to prepare appropriate test scenarios for any change.
  

• An in-depth understanding of ERP SAP business solutions as a Project Manager
  

• Experience in overseeing at least one Project Manager from a third-party
  

• Excellent client-facing experience and relationship management experience
  

• PRINCE 2 Practitioner or equivalent and SFIA framework knowledge
  

• S4/Hana experience is desirable
  

• Establish and maintain a project plan with the existing business system owners to track and monitor delivery progress for agreed changes. Agree on reporting profiles with existing business teams to include resource profiles, costs, and milestone achievement status. Provide reports on status and progress as required.
  

Skills and Experience

Mandatory skills 

• 8+ Years of experience required.
  

• Experience in RICEFW developments
  

• Proficient in ABAP development environment - Reports, ABAP objects, BAPIs, Enhancements, Forms, Interfaces
  

• Develop using best practices
  

• Exposure to SAP HANA and S4 HANA projects is preferred
  

• Good to know Agile Methodology
