- Lead commercial execution in a dynamic FMCG team
The Role
Are you an experienced FMCG professional looking to take your career global?
We are seeking a commercial and operationally savvy International Account Manager to champion the growth of our premium pet food brands, Kiwi Kitchens and Black Hawk, across priority international markets on a 12-month contract basis.
Reporting directly to the Head of Kiwi Kitchens & International Markets, you will be the driving force behind day-to-day commercial management. This is a highly collaborative role where you will own the operational delivery of account plans, bridge the gap between sales and supply chain, and ensure our brands thrive on the global stage.
What You Will Do:
- Partner Management: Act as the primary operational contact for international distributors, building strong, communicative, and execution-focused relationships.
- Commercial Execution: Coordinate joint business plans, product launches, promotions, and in-market activities to drive brand performance.
- Demand & Supply Alignment: Lead monthly demand planning reviews, working closely with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to optimise forecasts and mitigate inventory risks.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor in-market sales against budgets, providing clear insights and performance updates to internal stakeholders.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity and gather distributor feedback to support SKU optimisation and portfolio decisions.
What We Are Looking For:
- FMCG Expertise: Proven experience in FMCG account management, sales operations, or international market coordination.
- Relationship Builder: Demonstrated success managing external partners, distributors, or international customers.
- Analytical Capabilities: Strong aptitude for forecasting, demand planning, or supply chain coordination.
- Cross-Functional Collaborator: Ability to work seamlessly across diverse internal teams to solve problems and execute plans.
- Qualifications: A degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical professional experience).
Travel: Occasional travel to Singapore may be required once or twice a year to continue building strong customer relationships.
