 Job Purpose
• Drive revenue growth by leading,coaching,and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve(and exceed) sales targets,while ensuring alignment with company’s overall business strategy and customer satisfaction goals. 
• Development of general cargos Air/Sea products for local control business
• x-sell task with CMA
    
Key Accountabilities
1.Achieving financial objectives:
Meeting or exceeding quarterly,and annual sales targets(Net Revenue)
2.Building high-performing teams.
Recruiting,training,motivating,and retaining top sales talent.
3.Executing sales strategy
Translating company goals into actionable territory plans,pipelines,and KPIs
4.Optimizing processes
Forecasting accurately,managing CRM data,and removing bottlenecks in the sales cycle.
5.Enabling customer success
Ensuring the team sells value,solves real problems,and builds long-term client relationships
6.Define target accounts jointly with overseas counterpart and related commodities to focus on and deploy strategy accordingly;
7.X-Sell with CMA
Cross selling with CMA for some key potential pipeline customers on FMS & to door service
