The Operations Product Manager is responsible for translating customer and program requirements into executable operational plans while aligning demand, schedules, and factory capabilities. This individual drives cross-functional execution across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Program teams, proactively managing risks, delivery performance, recovery plans, and NPI readiness while providing clear visibility and accountability to senior leadership.
What You Will Do:
Translating customer/program/product requirements into executable operational plans.
Aligning demand, schedule and factory capability.
Monitoring delivery performance and operational readiness.
Leading recovery planning where commitments are at risk.
Identifying and escalating risks before they affect customer commitments.
Supporting NPI and transition-to-production readiness.
Providing clear operational visibility to Program and Product/GM leadership.
Driving cross-functional actions and accountability.
What You Will Learn:
Broad exposure across Operations, Program/Product Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Quality and senior business leadership.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
