The Structural Designer will lead the development of corrugated packaging and displays from concept to completion while collaborating with sales and production teams. Responsibilities include creating structural solutions, managing schematics, and preparing graphic art files for various printing methods.
Candidates must possess an associate or bachelor's degree in structural, packaging, or graphic design with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Artios CAD and Adobe Creative Cloud is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Support development and growth through innovation, efficiency, and creative packaging design. As a Structural Designer, you will act as a creative strategist leading the design of products and packaging from concept to completion. You will collaborate with customers and sales to create designs for new products, existing products, and develop products for new uses in the marketplace. Our designers are assigned projects which can be complex in nature and will require you to adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to accomplish the requirements for each project.
