Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sibiu. Remote work is not available for this role.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing global supply chain productivity, ensuring material availability across business areas, and driving demand planning initiatives in alignment with production requirements. You will lead cross-functional teams to optimize allocation strategies, manage supplier capacity, establish performance KPIs, and support manufacturing operations. This role has a strong impact on operational efficiency, supplier performance, and financial outcomes.

Demand Management & SCM Productivity
Manage global SCM productivity by setting and tracking KPIs (e.g., supplier performance, on-time delivery).
Address material shortages and lead allocation decisions.
Coordinate cross-functional demand planning and align volume scenarios.
Supplier Capacity Management
Assess supplier capacity to meet short- and mid-term demand.
Monitor key suppliers and align capacity with global demand and purchasing plans.
Proactively identify constraints and define mitigation strategies.
Strategic Logistics & Risk Management
Define logistics and allocation strategies with internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with operational, legal, and customs requirements.
Coordinate product transfers and support footprint strategy.
