Als Teamleider Werkplaats bij Scania Nijmegen combineer je techniek en leiderschap. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor monteurs in de werkplaats en zorgt ervoor dat onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsstandaarden worden uitgevoerd.
Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, ondersteunt monteurs bij technische vraagstukken en helpt hen in hun ontwikkeling. Dankzij jouw ervaring weet je precies wat er nodig is om samen als team topkwaliteit te leveren.
Als Teamleider Werkplaats stuur je dagelijks een team monteurs aan binnen onze moderne Scania werkplaats. Je bewaakt de planning en voortgang van de werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat de samenwerking tussen werkplaats en receptie soepel verloopt.
Daarnaast:
Jij weet als geen ander wat er speelt op de werkvloer en krijgt energie van het begeleiden en ontwikkelen van collega’s.
