The Industrial Engineer will lead the production area layout design, workstation definition, and material flow to ensure efficient MRO operations. They will also establish capacity plans, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinate cross-functionally to support program ramp-up.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related discipline and possess at least five years of experience in aerospace or advanced manufacturing. Proficiency in layout design software, Lean principles, and shop-floor process optimization is required.

JOB OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking an Industrial Engineer to play a key role in the setup of FTAI’s aeroderivative engine program. You will be part of the POWER program implementation team in charge of the production readiness, from shop floor layout design, flow efficiency & throughput calculations to strategic layout modifications sequencing to secure a smooth and efficient program ramp-up.
