Manage customer databases and process sales and service orders, including quotations and invoicing. Coordinate procurement and logistics while supporting warehouse, marketing, and sales staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requires post-secondary education or equivalent experience with strong technical understanding and proficiency in ERP and MS Office. Strong communication skills in English are required, with French or German bilingualism preferred.
Manage and maintain customer database in our ERP system (BaaN) and CRM
Prepare sales and service quotations
Customer sales / service order processing including coordination of shipments, order acknowledgement and invoicing
Handling of claims (Customer Order Processing and Purchase)
Handling the purchasing process (internal as well as external suppliers)
Point of contact for questions regarding procurement and logistics and correspondence with dealers and suppliers
Support warehouse staff
Support marketing and sales staff to ensure customer satisfaction through sales process
Occasional overseas travel to our parent company for training / meeting
Other duties as required
Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential
Technical understanding and eagerness to learn
Working knowledge of ERP System
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong MS Office skills including MS Dynamics CRM
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, both independently and as a team member
Strong attention to detail with emphasis on data entry
