The Freight Handler is responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting freight within the terminal or yard. Key duties include securing loads, labeling packages, and operating industrial trucks to move materials efficiently.
Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience and training. Required qualifications include forklift driver certification and hazardous material training, along with the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
The Freight Handler loads, unloads and transports freight within or near terminal, yard or work site.
