Our Head Shift Leads begin their day at 6:00 AM, with most shifts ending between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM-ideal for parents, early risers, or anyone looking to enjoy the rest of their day after work. What It Means to Be a Head Shift Lead

As a Head Shift Lead, you'll be one of the key leaders in our bakery. You'll motivate your team, maintain exceptional product quality, and create a fast-paced, positive work environment where both employees and customers love being.

You'll lead by example, coach team members throughout each shift, solve problems as they arise, and ensure every cookie meets Crumbl's high standards. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys developing people, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in creating an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities

As a Head Shift Lead, you will:

• Lead daily bakery operations during your shift

• Coach and develop team members while maintaining a positive culture

• Oversee cookie preparation, baking, frosting, and quality control

• Delegate responsibilities and manage workflow throughout the day

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally

• Open or close the bakery as assigned

• Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards

• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and daily operational tasks

• Partner with management to ensure bakery goals are achieved

What We're Looking For

Ideal qualifications include:

• Previous leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or retail

• Strong communication and coaching skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Confidence making decisions and solving problems independently

• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

• Comfortable using technology and point-of-sale systems

• Passion for leading teams and creating a fun workplace

Basic Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

• Weekend availability required (minimum two weekends per month)
