The Production Operations Supervisor is responsible for monitoring production rates, managing personnel, and controlling work-in-progress and materials. They also handle line stoppage escalations and coordinate training plans for their team.
Candidates must hold a degree in Engineering or a related field and possess knowledge of SMT and BackEnd processes. Availability to work across all three shifts is mandatory, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Cómo se ve un día típico:
Seguimiento y Cumplimiento de Rate de producción.
Control de personal (asistencias, permisos, vacaciones, actividades, entrenamiento, etc).
Control de WIP.
Control de los materiales (Kit de Ensamble y Scrap).
Escalaciones por paro de línea.
Atender juntas de soporte (Checkpoint).
Plan de entrenamiento para el personal a su cargo.
Ingenieria o Licenciatura terminada.
Indispensable disponibilidad para los 3 turnos.
Conocimiento Office (Excel).
Conocimiento indispensable de SMT y BackEnd.
Experiencia en administración de personal.
Herramienta de Calidad como 5’s.
