We have a job opening and exciting opportunity for a full-time On Site Customer Service Specialist in Dayton, OH. An On-Site Customer Service Specialist will provide face to face customer service support for the VA Medical Facility by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. Initiates and/or implements adjustments as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained, coordinates the handling of difficult and/or unusual situations. Provides extraordinary service and acts as a liaison with other internal Concordance Healthcare Solutions departments to fulfill all needs of the customer.
This position works directly with the customer’s logistics department as well as other internal departments to facilitate day to day customer needs by providing excellent service, problem resolution and open communication.
