The Route Jumper is responsible for completing customer deliveries and assisting with general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and equipment maintenance. They must ensure accurate inventory documentation and maintain effective communication with management regarding daily operations.
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and the capacity to work in extreme cold temperatures. A pre-employment background check, drug test, and DOT physical examination are required for this position.

Position Overview:
As a Mini Melts Route Jumper, you will act as a fill-in to complete customer deliveries that cannot be completed by our everyday route drivers. Whether it is covering for an employee call out or completing deliveries due to high volume, you will be required to complete deliveries as needed. In the time that you aren’t completing deliveries, you will be assisting with general warehouse duties at the direction of the Warehouse Manager.
