The merchandiser is responsible for maintaining produce quality through proper rotation, shelf maintenance, and adherence to schematics. They must also conduct price audits, assess customer needs, and communicate effectively with store personnel and management.
Candidates must have at least two years of retail experience in the wholesale produce industry and intermediate computer skills. The role requires a safe driving record, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a 90% travel commitment.
